I am an Assistant Professor at the
Faculty of Information Studies
University of Toronto.
I am also cross-appointed to the
Department of Computer Science.
My research interests include:
- information systems engineering
- requirements engineering
- organization modelling, analysis, and design
- business process modelling and reengineering
- software process modelling
- knowledge-based software engineering
- information systems architectures
