When you submit the final report on your project, you should write it as if it were a submission to ICML 2011, obeying all their formatting requirements.

In addition to submitting the report as an ICML paper (in .pdf), you may also submit supplementary material that consists of extra figures with captions. The supplementary material can be a separate .pdf file or it can be in the same .pdf file as the report but you should mark clearly where the paper ends and the supplementary material begins. Reviewers are not required to read the supplementary material, and if you try to cram a whole lot of extra text into the figure captions, it may not be read very carefully.

Formatting Instructions for ICML 2011
(the files have been copied to here in case ICML removes them)

Papers are limited to 8 pages and 10MB. Detailed instructions for preparing the paper can be found in the following example paper:
example_paper.pdf

You may also wish to download the following archive, which contains LaTeX style files and a Word template:
icml2011stylefiles.zip

Submissions that exceed the page limits or do not conform to the specified format (in particular if a more compressed format is used) will be rejected without review.
