Tutorials & Labs*10%all
Final Exam45%>13

* On the Erindale campus there will be 6 closed lab exercises and 6 tutorial exercises described on the labs and tutorials page. . Labs will happen on even numbered weeks and tutorials on odd numbered weeks. Each lab is worth 2% and we will take the best 5 of 6 for 10%.

On the St. George campus there will be 12 weekly tutorial exercises, described on the labs and tutorials page.

There are two parts to each tutorial or lab mark: preparation, and an in-session exercise. In order to earn the 1% for a tutorial, you must bring the prep to tutorial, and you must make an effort to complete the in-tutorial exercise. In order for you to be admitted to a lab, you must bring the completed prep. If you do not have a completed prep when you arrive at the lab, you will be turned away at the door and receive a zero. During the 2 hours you must complete a lab exercise which will be submitted at the end of the session. Don't be nervous: you don't need to get the in-tutorial exercise right or the lab exercise perfect, you just need to show significant effort.

There are no part marks, you either receive a 0 or a 1 for each tutorial on St. George and a 0,1 or 2 for each lab at Erindale.

If you miss a lab or tutorial due to sickness, you will receive a 0. You may not make-up the week in another group. If you go to the wrong tutorial or lab, you will receive a 0.
